RATIONALE

 

MANY Web 2.0 tools that I use are used to tailor class assignments to student's diverse learning styles. Prezi presentations are particularly engaging for high school students who have tired of PowerPoint presentations. This Prezi is used as an example for my students to show that ideas can be presented in an interesting, relevant, and dynamic way. Additionally, the presentation on Huckleberry Finn encourages students to think about the problem of modern day slavery and calls upon them to take action themselves.
